Suitsupply is seeking a Style Advisor in the Netherlands with a passion for fashion and a talent for connecting with customers. You will be trained to become an expert in fit, construction, and styling, helping clients choose products that suit their personal style.

The role offers a competitive salary (€2,400–€3,000 per month for a full-time contract) plus a generous commission structure, clothing allowance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality or service.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise.
• Educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines and store standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
