Job summary

SUIT SUPPLY is seeking a Style Advisor in Amsterdam to bring energetic, entrepreneurial flair to the customer experience. You’ll share your personal style, offer genuine advice, and communicate clearly to help clients find the perfect look.

You will participate in training, showcase the Ready to Wear and Made-to-Measure lines, and build lasting relationships through the brand’s Radically Personal program while supporting store standards and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Performs successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participating in multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise.
• Educating customers around fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practicing professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Building relationships to increase client loyalty via Radically Personal program.
• Ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
• Ensuring store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team.
