Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise aligned with brand expectations.
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies to achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty via Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations to company expectations.
• Take on other duties assigned by store leadership.
