Job summary

MR MARVIS is opening a new store in Utrecht and seeks Style Advisors to bring the store to life. You will welcome customers, provide fit and styling guidance, and help create a relaxed, well-organised shopping environment in a busy outlet setting.

As a Style Advisor, you will move between customers, offer product advice, support fitting rooms and assist with daily store tasks while delivering excellent service in a European retail brand environment.

Qualifications

• Confidence speaking with different types of customers.
• Interest in fashion, fit and styling.
• Comfortable working in a busy, active shop-floor environment.
• Comfortable talking to customers in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly way and help them feel comfortable in store; provide fit and styling support.
• Help customers find the right size, fit and colour; offer alternatives when items are not available.
• Maintain a calm, navigable shop floor during high visitor volume.
• Keep the store tidy, organised and clearly presented throughout the day.
• Assist with restocking, deliveries and fitting-room operations to support daily store tasks.

We are excited to announce that we are opening a new MR MARVIS store in Utrecht!

We are looking for Style Advisors to help bring the store to life.

As a Style Advisor, you welcome customers, support them with fit and styling advice, and help create a relaxed, well-organised shop-floor experience. This is a busy outlet environment, so you'll enjoy moving between customers, product advice, fitting-room support and daily store tasks.

What you'll do as Style Advisor

• Customer & Brand Experience: Welcome customers in a friendly, natural way and help them feel comfortable in store. Create a relaxed shopping experience, even when the store is busy.
• Product, Fit & Styling Advice: Help customers find the right size, fit and colour. Give clear advice and suggest alternatives when an item is not available.
• Outlet Store Rhythm: Support a high volume of visitors while keeping the shop floor calm, positive and easy to navigate.
• Store Standards: Keep the store tidy, organised and easy to shop. Make sure products are presented clearly throughout the day.
• Stock & Daily Support: Help with restocking, incoming deliveries and fitting-room support. Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What you bring

Essential

• A friendly, practical and service-minded approach

Nice-to-have

• Experience in fashion, premium retail or outlet retail
• Knowledge of styling, sizing or fit advice
• Experience with stock, deliveries or visual store standards
