Job summary

Rostudios in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Rocycle Instructor to lead high-energy classes and inspire riders in a welcoming studio environment.

You will join a growing international fitness brand, participate in training, and contribute to a positive customer experience while maintaining schedules that fit a flexible, instructor-led rhythm.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Rocycle training programme.
• Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Teach a minimum of 6–8 classes per week.
• From the moment of auditions, you must be a resident of the city for which you are applying for.
• Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months.

Hey there! Welcome, my name is Larissa, I am the Head of Concepts at Rostudios. We are looking for instructors to join the team in our studio and we are super excited to have you considering the ride of a lifetime with us.

At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. With two concepts under our roof - Rocycle and Roform - we’re looking to connect with instructors who are excited about the opportunity to teach both formats.

As a Rocycle instructor, you are creating an inclusive space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room.

Training Programme

We offer each instructor a training program, designed to give you the space to grow into the incredible rhythm cycling instructor we see in you. The program will run approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the candidate’s prior experience and development pace.

Training will take place in a group setting, while allowing for individual adjustments based on experience level. Sessions will be scheduled in structured morning and afternoon blocks on weekdays between 08:00–12:00 and/or 13:00–18:00, depending on studio availability and cohort needs.

• Online learning modules to learn the Rocycle craft completed at your own pace from home. Access to these will be given to you before the training begins.
• In‑studio training sessions, 2‑4 times a week. This is where you will be riding, performing and workshopping to build your understanding of the Rocycle experience.
• The last session will be your Community Ride, which determines successful completion of the training.

Your Qualifications

• Successful completion of Rocycle training programme
• Flexible schedule, as well as availability to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays (as an instructor, not just during training)
• Teach a minimum of 6 - 8 classes per week. We schedule in two class blocks three to four days a week on a fixed schedule
• No vacation planned longer than 1 week during training and following 3 months from training completion
• From the moment of auditions, you must be a resident of the city for which you are applying for.
• Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months

Role Expectations

• Lead an energetic Rocycle class, guiding a room of 60+ humans, demonstrating proper technique and cadence to deliver an authentic experience for our community
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively whilst in the studio
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times: are on time, work well within a team and are reliable
• Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction, inspiring others to uphold the same values
