Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in architecture or industrial design/manufacturing.
• Experience managing teams of at least 3 people.
• Ability to spot errors in drawing sets.

Responsibilities

• Set project priorities and manage workload across the team.
• Review and approve drawing sets before client release.
• Oversee projects from design to manufacturing.
• Coordinate with other NOWN studios on production handoffs.
• Drive internal tool development for efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and field project requests.
• Track schedules, hours, and team development.

Expert-level Rhino and Grasshopper

Familiarity with Python

Reading architectural drawings
