We know that our expansion will mean little unless it is underpinned by truly global collaboration and we understand that pioneering work only takes place when our people have room to move and think beyond boundaries. As well as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.

Are you a law student nearing graduation and eager to gain hands‑on experience at an international law firm?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Student Worker to join our Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations (RCI) practice in Amsterdam. This is the perfect opportunity to explore whether this practice area is the right fit for you to kick‑start your legal career.

We advise on national and international matters involving anti‑bribery and corruption, antitrust, sanctions, white‑collar crime, human rights compliance, investigations, and enforcement. The work often involves highly sensitive matters for multinational corporations and financial institutions.

The team's work spans three key areas:

  • Compliance prevention - including the development of policies, training programs, and internal controls and audits
  • Internal investigations - often triggered by audits or whistleblower reports
  • Crisis management - such as dawn raids or product recalls (less frequent, but high‑impact)
What will you be doing?

You will:

  • Work closely supporting the Associates and Partner of the team
  • Learn how to address legal questions from a practical perspective
  • Support corporate internal investigations, including document review and analysis
  • Draft opinions, legal memos, client alerts, and client‑facing presentations and pitches
