VVA offers a Student Consultant position that blends study and work in a dynamic, young team. You will participate in a structured traineeship, attend interactive workshops, and gain exposure to various business units and customer projects.

As part of the role, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives while developing your IT and business skills, with Fridays at the Roosendaal office when schedule allows.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in a higher professional education or university programme, preferably in the field of Business Informatics, Information Management or ICT-related.
• A willingness to learn and engage with customers in a dynamic environment.
• Affinity with IT and a proactive mindset are desirable.

When you join VVA, you automatically participate in our traineeship programme. The traineeship is designed to make your learning curve even steeper, with the aim of helping you develop more quickly as a young professional. It also ensures that you become more familiar with VVA. The entire programme consists of various workshops in which you will work on topics that will help you grow into the role of consultant in one of our business units. The workshops within the traineeship are:

• Introduction to Intelligent Workforce
• Presenting
• Security & Privacy
• Project management
• Time management
• Writing texts
• AI Inspiration Sessions

The workshops are all designed to be interactive, making them not only educational but also fun to attend. You will work with your buddy to discuss the content of the workshops and determine what you want to get out of them. At the end of the traineeship, a light Personal Growth Plan will be drawn up. This plan will serve as a guideline for the first six months after the traineeship.

• You are currently enrolled in a higher professional education or university programme, preferably in the field of Business Informatics, Information Management or ICT-related.
• On Fridays, you are expected to be present at our office in Roosendaal (if your schedule allows).
• An affinity with IT is desirable.
