VVA is seeking a Junior Business Consultant to bridge business and IT across diverse clients in the Dutch social sector, including housing associations, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies.

You will drive strategy, process improvement, information provisioning and ICT infrastructure, while helping develop innovative concepts and services and sharing new knowledge with colleagues. A supportive environment offers coaching, training and open growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Business Informatics, Information Management or ICT-related field.
• Willingness to develop into an experienced professional.
• Affinity with social sector is a plus.
• Independent, critical, service-oriented; works well with colleagues.

As a Junior Business Consultant, you will work at the intersection of organisation and IT. You will do this at various organisations within the social sector, such as housing associations, educational institutions, healthcare institutions and government agencies. Together with your colleagues, you will provide direction for strategy, process support, information provision, application support and ICT infrastructure for our clients. In addition, you will be involved in the development of innovative concepts and services, applying your knowledge and creativity. You will also keep up to date with the latest developments in our interesting fields and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Information Management or an ICT-related field.
• The drive to develop yourself further into an experienced professional.
• An affinity with the social sector and/or our themes is an advantage.
• You are independent, critical, service-oriented and tackle projects together with your colleagues with both hands.
