Job summary

Enter Group is seeking a FEM Analyst to advance structural and thermal analysis of high-tech mechanical systems used in semiconductor environments. You will perform FEM simulations, interpret results, and translate findings into practical design recommendations.

You will collaborate with mechanical engineers, apply ANSYS and related tools, and contribute to improving methodologies while communicating analyses clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Some experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM) gained through coursework, an internship, graduation project or professional experience.
• Experience with FEM software; experience with ANSYS is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical and preferably thermomechanical behavior.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to clearly present and explain technical analyses and results.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Performing structural and thermomechanical analyses in close cooperation with mechanical engineers.
• Using FEM and other analytical tools and methods to evaluate complex high-tech systems.
• Identifying the relationship between mechanical and thermal design choices and overall system performance.
• Translating simulation results into clear and well-founded design recommendations.
• Taking a proactive role throughout the design and engineering process.
• Presenting analysis results and explaining technical conclusions to engineers and other stakeholders.
• Contributing to the further development of knowledge, methodologies and simulation tools for structural and thermal analyses.
