Job summary

Evoke is seeking a Structural Engineer Construction in the Netherlands to design, calculate, and assess structural solutions for diverse projects. You will work from concept to completion, ensuring safety, standards, and sustainability while collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

The role involves site visits, development of 2D/3D models, and reviews of calculations. A degree in structural/civil/construction engineering and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
• Relevant experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software.
• Knowledge of building regulations, standards, and construction methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• VCA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Designing and calculating steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures.
• Preparing structural, dimensioning, detail, and reinforcement calculations.
• Developing and reviewing 2D and 3D structural models.
• Conducting site inspections and structural assessments.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Reviewing calculations and models prepared by third parties.
• Participating in technical and project coordination meetings.
• Monitoring project planning, quality, and budget requirements.
