Job summary

KCI Offshore Engineering seeks a Structural Engineer to contribute to design and analysis of offshore structures in Rotterdam. You will work on jackets, gravity bases, monopiles and TP/TPs for wind turbine generators and offshore support structures.

The role involves performing analyses, producing technical reports, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team across projects. A proactive, precise engineer is essential.

Job description

As a Structural Engineer you collaborate and assist with engineering and if applicable design activities which are assigned to you. Depending on your performance and you will be involved with more complex designs and calculations in time.

What will you do as an Structural Engineer?

In general, you know your structural calculations and you are an advanced user of SACS software. You are generating concept, basic and detail structural design for sub-structures such as jackets, gravity base foundations, monopiles (MP) & transition pieces (TP) for WTGs and sub-structures and topsides for OSS. You will be performing the necessary design analyses and studies with accompanying reports.

The department where you will be working consists of approximately 30 Structural (Lead) Designers and (Lead) Engineers.
