SII Netherlands, a key subsidiary of SII Group, seeks an experienced Stress Engineer to lead finite element analyses for aerospace structures. You will perform linear and nonlinear analyses, support design teams through concept and detail stages, and generate comprehensive stress documentation.

Three years of aerospace background and Patran/Nastran/Femap/Abaqus proficiency are required. Fluent Dutch is a plus, with a willingness to work across diverse projects and interfaces.

Qualificações

• HBO degree in engineering (aviation/aerospace preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years aerospace stress engineering experience.
• Experience with Patran, Nastran, Femap and Abaqus.
• Knowledge of design techniques and GD&T.
• Dutch language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Profile:

We are a growing company, we contract engineers to customers, but also work on inhouse work packages.

For several projects experienced aerospace Stress engineers are needed.

At the moment we are specifically looking for a Stress Engineer with at least 3 years experience.

What you will do in our company in this role:

• Stress support for the conceptual and detail design of primary and secondary structures in various projects.
• Finite element modelling / Analyses for structural parts and assemblies.
• Provide support to the design team for conceptual and detail design phases
• Static strength analyses
• Finite element analyses (linear and non linear)
• Generating design specifications and requirements
• Implementation of design improvements
• Compilation of stress documentation.
• Determine interface loads.

What you bring:

• You bring lots of experience;
• HBO Degree in engineering (aviation and aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.);
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, Aerospace related;
• Software knowledge of Patran, Nastran, Femap and Abaqus;
• Design techniques, tools and geometric tolerance principles, materials, manufacturing processes etc.;
• Good communication skills; Dutch is a plus
• Willing to work on different interesting projects.
