Job summary

Eight Advisory UK Limited in Amsterdam seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategy projects across transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services, delivering strategic and operational perspectives. You will identify risks and opportunities in strategy, integrate findings into financial analyses, and develop implementation plans.

You will present to board members, investors, M&A advisors and C-suite executives, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics.
• 4–8 years of operations, manufacturing or supply chain experience in corporate or consultancy.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for challenging projects.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work on cross-border assignments.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy and formulate operational solutions.
• Integrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, closely collaborating with other teams.
• Develop implementation plans and initiate the first actions.
• Prepare presentations and/or reports for key stakeholders (board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite).
• Ensure timely execution of assignments to a high standard.
• Steer and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
