Picnic is a fast-growing online supermarket redefining grocery shopping in Europe. As a Business Manager - Strategy, you’ll join the Consumer Track and own a domain from day one, becoming a marketing expert while shaping how millions discover, shop, and engage with food.

You’ll work across teams to deliver data-driven campaigns, analyze customer behaviour, and drive growth with insights and innovative promotions. This is a real career start, not a rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• Internships/extra-curricular experience in startup or FMCG preferred.
• Confident using data to drive decisions; Excel and dashboards required.
• Analytical thinker who collaborates across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with category managers, designers, copywriters and tech teams to deliver a seamless app experience.
• Analyze customer behaviour using data to optimize features, pricing and promotions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to innovate and improve the store.
• Develop and refine tools and processes to boost efficiency and impact of commercial activities.
• Manage cross-functional projects spanning marketing, customer experience and operations to drive growth.
