Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its Amsterdam-based CS&G team. You will work on-site with clients, shaping growth strategies and digital transformations, and guiding go-to-market initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable value.

You will collaborate across Europe, contribute to building a high-performance practice, and apply data-driven insights and AI-enabled approaches while upholding data privacy and client trust.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with excellence in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent strategic function.
• Affinity with technology and digitalization.
• Excellent English presentation and communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Team player with a can-do mentality who can think outside the box.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and driven.
• Structured and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with clients to develop growth, digital transformation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Amsterdam and the European CS&G teams to solve strategic challenges.
• Lead data-driven analyses and articulate clear strategic directions and goals.
