Job summary

The Next Organization in Bussum is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to lead strategic projects and drive lasting impact for clients. You will contribute to strategic initiatives with a hands-on approach from day one, collaborating across disciplines to optimise client business models.

You will guide implementation, move organisations forward, and build strong advisory skills through the TNXTO Academy and other learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant consultancy or strategy experience.
• Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as (industrial) engineering and management, business economics, international business or strategic management.
• Command of Dutch at a professional level to work with Dutch clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and create impact from day one.
• Think about the core of the questions and develop clear strategies to optimise the client’s business model.
• Guide implementation and delivery at the client; move the client’s organisation forward.

What you will do:

• An organisation driven by innovation, sustainable improvement and the continuous pursuit of the best result.
• Think about the core of the question, come up with creative and innovative solutions and develop a clear strategy to optimise the client’s business model.
• Besides shaping the strategy you also guide the implementation and its set-up and delivery at the client. You get the client’s organisation moving and work with them to make the implementation a success.
• Build advisory skills in a learning environment with other experienced professionals, among other things through internal and external training at the TNXTO Academy.

• The ability to move easily between analysis, collaboration and an eye for detail.
• You keep up with current trends and developments so you can advise clients well.
• Experience guiding projects and teams in an advisory role.
