Job summary

Workwize, a fast-growing startup, seeks a Strategy Associate Intern (Data and AI experienced) in Amsterdam. You will work with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, from pricing to product expansion, and support the leadership with market analysis and operational planning.

You will gain exposure across strategy, operations, product, and growth, with ownership from day one, contributing to how the company scales and delivers value for distributed teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or near-graduation in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
Strong data-driven approach to problem solving and decision support.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to structure complex ideas.

Responsibilities

Support leadership on high-impact strategic projects.
Conduct market research and assess expansion opportunities.
Assist with investor reporting and performance updates.
Design and improve internal workflows to scale the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project execution.
