Job summary

Dentsply Sirona Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst to develop and manage the service provider network across Europe, ensuring cost control and high service levels. This role is part of a newly established Shared Service Center and requires strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead RFQ processes, manage interdepartmental projects, and drive improvements in transportation contracts and governance while working to optimize carrier relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytics and critical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, evaluation, and sustainability of the service provider network to support cost control, performance metrics, capacity needs, company growth, and business continuity.
• Develop an annual initiative pipeline meeting team goals and delivering cost certainty, improved service, and enhanced quality.
• Manage implementation of cost, quality, and service improvement projects and report results.
• Lead RFQ processes to achieve freight savings and improve customer service.
• Support carrier relationship management through routine carrier reviews and reporting.
