Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Supply Engineer to cover a temporary maternity leave from mid-January to mid-July. The role demands 3+ years of supply planning experience and strong SAP and MRP fluency, with ownership of the end-to-end supply plan across suppliers and geographies.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, S&I, and Quality to translate forecasts and supplier signals into concrete supply decisions while navigating disruption and constraint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supply planning experience with SAP and MRP fluency.
• Ability to connect Demand Planning, Procurement, S&I, and Quality to turn forecasts and supplier signals into supply decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving solutions rather than raising issues.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated supply planning across suppliers, categories, and geographies to align with forecasts.
• Shape supply-side response in S&OP and build what-if scenarios for surges, line-downs, and capacity changes.
• Model long-lead-time components, including import timelines and storage constraints, in the MRP system.
• Raise supplier performance metrics and identify action-needed areas via utilization and throughput.
• Spot bottlenecks early and collaborate with Procurement and S&I to unlock capacity for growth.
• Own SAP planning parameters and data health across product portfolios, enabling automated workflows.
