• Proven experience in supply chain management focusing on B2B and D2C.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and optimizing operational processes in our North America warehouses.
• Overseeing relationships with B2B partners in the North America market.
• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring outbound workflows.
• Leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing inventory management across North America facilities.
• Managing relationships with 3PL providers and internal teams to align with goals.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Experience to resolve supply chain issues.
