IKEA is seeking two Sourcing Leaders to guide complex RFx, supplier selections and contracting across Machinery, Energy, Digital and Professional Services. You will translate business needs into effective sourcing approaches and lead negotiations with key suppliers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, Legal and Finance, coach Sourcing Specialists, and push for digital sourcing, e-auctions, automation and autonomous sourcing where value is created.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sourcing, procurement or category management.
• Experience across multiple indirect procurement segments.
• Proven track record leading complex sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Understanding of supplier markets, contracts and cost drivers.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and balancing business needs.

• Help develop common sourcing processes, tools and ways of working.
• Explore and apply e-auctions, digital sourcing, automation and autonomous sourcing where they add value.
