Job summary

MSD Animal Health seeks an SAP Authorizations and Security Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of SAP authorizations across multiple platforms, including cloud environments. You will collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, ABAP, and infrastructure teams to drive transformation initiatives and provide hands-on leadership.

The role requires hands-on expertise in S/4HANA, Fiori, BI, SAP GRC, and SOX IT controls, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in SAP Authorizations, Security Design, and rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, BI and end-to-end SAP security designs.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., BTP, Datasphere, Ariba, SolMan/Cloud ALM, IAG/IAM, HANA DB Security).
• Strong SAP GRC experience including SoD, risk remediation, and SOX IT controls support.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences and GxP-regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP authorizations strategy, design, and implementation across multiple SAP platforms including cloud environments.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide architectural guidance for new apps and technologies.
• Develop technical strategy and best practices for SAP authorizations across instances.
• Ensure security/compliance in projects and direct ERP Center of Excellence teams.
