Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced SAP Security & Authorization Lead to shape the global role model for our SAP landscape. You will define task-based and persona-based roles, drive governance, and ensure SoD alignment across regions in a cloud-first ERP transformation.

You will partner with global teams to secure access, support audits, and guide secure provisioning across SAP systems, with a focus on scalability and compliance in a dynamic robotics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Security & Authorization experience.
• Deep knowledge of task-based and business roles, identity lifecycle and SAP authorization concepts.
• Strong understanding of SoD frameworks, GRC/IAG, audits and compliance.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and Public Cloud.
• Experience in global rollout programs with complex role models.
• Strong documentation skills for governance, risk and baseline controls.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Information Management.
• SAP certification.
• Experience in global industrial/engineering environments (manufacturing).
• Exposure to automation with SAP GRC rulesets, role analysis scripting and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain global SAP Public Cloud authorization model using task- and persona-based templates.
• Collaborate with IcoFR lead to define design principles.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Business Roles across SAP systems.
• Ensure baseline security requirements are met.
• Embed SoD in design and governance.
• Coordinate with functional teams to map processes to role assignments compliantly.
• Ensure consistent user provisioning and cross-region lifecycle processes.
• Evaluate SAP Public Cloud releases for security impact and redesign needs.
