Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Regulatory Change Manager to lead end-to-end regulatory change, translating prudential rules into actionable requirements and advising on risk implications. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely closure of regulatory gaps with high quality outcomes.

You will partner with ELT and multiple departments to strengthen the bank's regulatory readiness, drive standardisation, and deliver trusted insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in non-financial risk management, regulatory risk, or strategic projects within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis, impact assessments, and actionable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including ELT collaboration and senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and trends in financial services.
• Strategic report-writing and executive-presentations capabilities; English required; Dutch advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the bank-wide Regulatory Change Management process end-to-end.
• Coordinate and oversee the full RCM lifecycle with clear accountability for gaps.
• Provide expert prudential regulatory advice and translate regulation into requirements.
• Report progress to senior management and drive standardisation and continuous improvement.
