Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Senior Regulatory Change Manager to own and drive the bank-wide Regulatory Change Management process.

You will interpret prudential regulation, coordinate with Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and ensure timely closure of regulatory gaps across the organization. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder management at ELT level, and the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in non-financial risk management, regulatory risk, or strategic projects within financial services.
• Ability to perform root cause analyses, impact assessments and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, including liaising with ELT members and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the bank-wide Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process end-to-end.
• Coordinate and oversee the full RCM lifecycle and ensure timely closure of regulatory gaps.
• Provide expert prudential regulatory advice and translate regulation into actionable requirements.
• Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and quality assurance of the RCM process.
• Report on regulatory change progress and provide insights to senior management.
