Job summary

Adisseo in Raamsdonksveer seeks a Production Scheduling and Procurement Officer to plan daily purchase orders, manage production and material availability, and ensure on-time customer delivery.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, optimize materials flow, and contribute to KPI dashboards while maintaining quality and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in planning/scheduling/procurement or related fields.
• Quality sensitivity from previous experience; control and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong IT skills with SAP ECC/4HANA and Power BI.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Short-term planning of purchase orders (MTO) and align with production and materials availability.
• Mid-term planning of purchase orders in line with MPS, balancing MTO and MTS.
• Procurement of raw materials, packaging, labels, and related items from the portfolio.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and production; manage stock reconciliation.
• Provide plant KPIs and liaise with QC on non-conformities and complaints.
