Job summary

Maxxton is seeking a Product Manager to drive value for clients while aligning with our product strategy. This strategic role emphasizes commercial awareness, client empathy, and AI-driven feature shaping within hospitality SaaS modules.

You will balance client needs, market opportunities, and product quality in a dynamic environment. The role requires owning backlog, guiding discovery, and collaborating with UX and development teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software company is essential.
Experience in hospitality or SaaS sector is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, discovery, and customer insight capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve customers and stakeholders with regular client contact and translate feedback into product decisions.
Own a prioritised backlog with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria for significant items.
Collaborate with UX/design to ensure designs reflect product goals and business context.
Partner with the Scrum Master and development team to unblock delivery with the 'what and why' focus.
Own domain-level OKRs and monitor product success metrics and KPIs.
