Job summary

Maxxton is seeking a Financial Business Consultant to bridge financial expertise with client needs and our product development in the hospitality SaaS sector. You will guide clients on best practices and ensure the platform meets complex financial and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with clients, product teams and consultants to translate financial needs into user stories, train super users and support implementations that improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Preferable 5+ years of work experience with order to cash (O2C) expertise.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-structure oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial domain expert for clients in the hospitality industry and propose SaaS-driven best practices to improve their operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Contribute financial domain expertise within multidisciplinary project teams during onboarding of new clients, ensuring financial and legal requirements are addressed from the start of implementation.
• Partner with product development teams to provide input on financial features and ensure the platform addresses industry-specific needs.
• Translate financial requirements into user stories and product enhancements to meet financial or legal requirements.
• Train designated super users to ensure effective adoption and understanding of our product ecosystem at client side.
• Develop process descriptions, process flows or reports to bring clients forward and deliver better financial insights.
