Job summary

Blue Lynx is seeking a Buyer to join a leading Dutch care, education and participation organisation with offices in Sittard and Breda. You will guide and execute purchasing and tendering, translate internal needs into strategies, and ensure optimal supplier contracts.

The role requires a Dutch and English fluent professional with an HBO or Bachelor degree in Procurement and at least 3 years in procurement, including tenders. Hybrid work and strong employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant HBO or Bachelor degree in Procurement and Purchasing or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with tenders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify internal stakeholder needs and translate into procurement strategies.
• Draft annual purchasing plan and calendar, execute purchasing, and co-draft tender documents and contracts.
• Structure and support contract management and supplier evaluations.
• Prepare negotiations with existing and potential suppliers.
• Prepare management reports and identify market developments for procurement projects.
