Job summary

REMA TIP TOP Netherlands is seeking a Procurement Employee to oversee the full purchasing cycle, coordinating with suppliers in the Netherlands and abroad. You will work with sales, logistics and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires MBO+/HBO level thinking, accuracy and teamwork, plus Dutch and English proficiency and basic Excel skills. Hybrid work and ongoing training are offered in Arnhem.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level thinking and working.
• Accuracy, independence and true team spirit.
• Proactive mindset and ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Place orders and manage the full procurement process.
• Check and process order confirmations.
• Maintain contact with suppliers in Dutch and English.
• Create and manage items in the system.
• Request and compare prices.
• Approve and process invoices.
• Answer questions from the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain backorder overviews.
• Use Excel for analyses and reports.
