Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Plant Controller to act as the financial lead and strategic partner for the Joure production site. You will sit in the Management Team, drive performance, efficiency and value creation, and partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to translate plant performance into actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

≥5 years in manufacturing/FMCG/food production.
Proven Plant Controller or Finance Manager experience.
Strong costing, Capex and financial reporting skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead plant control and financial management (US GAAP).
Advise Plant Director and Management Team.
Translate operations into financial steering and decisions.
Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Own product costing and margin initiatives.
Lead 2-3 FTE controllers.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Central team.
Support Capex and ROI tracking; contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
