Job summary

WITRON WIOSS BeNeLux is seeking a Maintenance Planner to design and maintain maintenance strategies for the CDC Jumbo KW site in Nieuwegein, NL. You will plan preventive and corrective work, schedule technicians, and monitor costs and progress to ensure peak performance.

The role requires at least a year in planning and several years as a maintenance technician, with strong analytical and organizational skills. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar planning role.
• Several years as a maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and maintenance systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the maintenance strategy for on-site teams.
• Plan preventive and corrective activities with modern methods.
• Schedule technicians and issue work orders.
• Monitor labour hours, parts, costs and progress.
• Advise on maintenance with on-site departments and customers.
• Provide info and guidance for complex tasks.
• Collaborate with Spare Parts Coordinator to manage materials.
• Perform quality inspections and verify documentation.
• Analyze costs and root causes of disruptions for improvements.
• Develop maintenance plans with the Performance Engineer and Witool.
• Contribute to training initiatives for the maintenance team.
• Support large maintenance projects and modernization activities.
