Job summary

Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, seeks an Associate Director, Technology Product Management to lead the Process Safety Management portfolio, including PHA, BowTie, and Barrier Management. You will shape long-term product vision and drive growth across a global customer base.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate strategy into market-leading software solutions that reduce risk and increase value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex software products or portfolios.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of growth and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Process Safety Management portfolio.
• Lead the evolution of multiple products into a unified, market-leading solution.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, AI, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to bring strategy to life.
• Engage with customers, analysts, and industry experts to validate direction and opportunities.
• Prioritize investments to maximize customer value and business growth.
