Job summary

Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, invites an Associate Director, Technology Product Management to shape the Process Safety Management portfolio. You’ll own vision, strategy, and growth, partnering with customers, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high-value EHS software solutions.

You will drive strategy, lead multiple products, and influence executives while expanding market leadership and customer value across global industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex software products or portfolios.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of driving product growth, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Understanding of enterprise software markets and customer-driven product development.
• Experience in Process Safety, Operational Risk, EHS, Industrial Software, or Asset Management is an advantage, but not essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Process Safety Management portfolio.
• Lead the evolution of multiple products into a unified, market-leading solution.
• Drive portfolio growth through customer insight, market analysis, and commercial innovation.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring strategy to life.
• Engage with customers, analysts, and industry experts to validate product direction and identify emerging opportunities.
• Prioritize investments that maximize customer value, competitive differentiation, and business growth.
• Act as a trusted product leader for executive stakeholders, strategic customers, and key industry events.
