Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a NPR Purchasing Specialist to secure indirect technology, assets and service agreements for our internal infrastructure. You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate vendors and negotiate master agreements, ensuring our fast-growing team has the tools to build great things.

You will manage sourcing, contracts, vendor networks, and end-to-end purchasing operations while maintaining data in the ERP system and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• BA, MSc or HBO in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international procurement.
• Background in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors.
• Proven experience in non-product-related sourcing and contract management.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of laboratory, calibration, and software services.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or Odoo.
• Advanced negotiation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication; basic Dutch is an asset.
• Willing to travel internationally approx. 20% of the time for supplier visits.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and contract negotiation for IT, cloud licenses, and laboratory equipment.
• Build an optimized vendor network that meets our business targets.
• Oversee purchase orders, resolve supplier non-conformances, and expedite deliveries.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and lead-time data in our ERP system.
• Provide clear updates to cross-functional teams during supplier escalations and support automation.
