Albert Heijn Tech is seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Engineer to shape how we manage technology risk across our webshop, stores, and supply chain. You will collaborate with stakeholders across technology, product, security, and leadership to keep risk posture forward-looking and compliant.
You bring deep expertise in IT risk and control frameworks, anticipate AI-related risk, and drive automation and control-by-design.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing IT risk and control frameworks.
- Ability to anticipate risk from AI and emerging tech and translate into guidance and controls.
- Proven track record advising senior stakeholders on risk posture and maturity.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME on IT risk and control; provide clear readings on risk posture and remediation.
- Design and evolve IT risk and control frameworks to stay ahead of regulation and tech changes.
- Anticipate emerging risk (AI/tech) and translate into practical guidance, controls, and framework updates.
- Modernize and automate compliance through control-by-design, continuous monitoring, and AI-supported tooling.
- Advise senior stakeholders up to C-level on risk posture and framework maturity.
