Job summary

Squadra is seeking an IT Business Partner in Middelburg to bridge business needs with IT capabilities. You will act as the primary IT contact for designated domains, translating domain strategy into IT requirements and maintaining an IT roadmap in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect.

You will drive value realization, optimize supplier delivery, and support governance and change management while ensuring high customer satisfaction across the business area.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Informatics or Business Administration.
• Proven track record of business-IT alignment at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT contact and trusted advisor for the assigned domains.
• Translate domain strategy into IT requirements and roadmap.
• Align IT initiatives with business priorities and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within the business domain.
• Coordinate supplier resources and optimize delivery.
• Drive agile delivery with main suppliers and improve change capability.
• Support governance, security policies, and change management.
• Measure business value and gather user feedback for improvements.
