Job summary

ASML seeks an IT Application Managed Services Lead to act as the IT Service Owner for all application managed services, bridging business demand with delivery across contracts with third-party providers. The role shapes efficient structures in a high-performing organization to ensure availability, performance and security of IT services in line with SLAs from inception to retirement.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with service strategy and in designing and implementing SIAM solutions.
Experience working with risk and control frameworks (SOX, COBIT) and ITIL Service Management processes.
Experience supporting cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

Lead all ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and manage full service portfolio lifecycle.
Own and govern managed service contracts, run service performance reviews (QBRs) and manage external service providers.
Ensure licenses are optimized, control and manage the budget per service, and initiate cost-saving improvements.
Act as central point of contact for the service provider, align with Value Streams/Domains and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Develop a long-term roadmap for services using operational data to drive SOP improvements.
Lead the Delivery Management competence centre and act as the people leader for run teams.
