Job summary

ASML in Eindhoven is seeking an IT Applications Engineer to develop, deliver, and ensure performance of software solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust applications, and you will contribute to architecture while mentoring junior teammates.

Role requires a Bachelor's in IT/Engineering (Master's a plus) and at least 5 years in large technical software environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in large technical software environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain reliable code with AI tooling.
• Create frontend and backend components.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs.
• Write tests and perform end-to-end testing.
• Prepare release plans and deploy in multiple environments.
• Collaborate to refine features/user stories before sprints.
• Mentor junior team members; support architect in design specs.
