Job summary

PGGM Investment Management is seeking an experienced internal communications specialist to translate complex investment topics into clear, impactful messages. You will work in an English-speaking environment, crafting content for intranet, newsletters, and leadership communications.

This 32-hour hybrid role is Zeist-based, with two office days and remote days, collaborating with HR, external comms, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial sector.
• Experience in corporate/internal communications in a complex organisation.
• Excellent English writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for senior management and executive leadership.
• Experience with editorial calendars, content processes, and workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for intranet, newsletters, Viva Engage, digital signage, and internal campaigns.
• Develop leadership communications, speeches, interviews and updates for management.
• Translate complex investment topics into engaging stories.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Improve content planning, governance and QA processes.
• Develop communication templates, guidelines and formats.
• Coordinate stakeholders, feedback rounds and approvals.
• Create visual content using Canva, PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite.
