Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Product Manager in Veldhoven, Netherlands to own the product strategy and lifecycle for identity-related security printing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, PMM, and Engineering to translate market insights into actionable requirements and releases.

The role requires extensive Agile experience, strong communication, and a data-driven approach to pricing, KPI tracking, and market validation.

Qualifications

More than 3 years in Identity industry.
At least 4 years in Product Management or Product Development & New Product Introduction (NPI).
Proficient in English; Dutch and Italian advantageous.
Experience launching products or services with engineering teams.
Strong prototyping, iterative development, and Agile skills.
Blend of technical knowledge and business acumen with customer-first thinking.

Responsibilities

Understand the market and end-user needs for IAI products, including centralized card & passport personalization, integrators, and issuing authorities.
Develop product strategy and roadmap with Sales, PMM, and Engineering.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IAI products from development to market introduction and withdrawal.
Collaborate with Sales on product messaging, GTM plans, and value-based pricing; align with stakeholders.
