Based at the Zaandam HQ, you will lead the indirect procurement strategy for France and The Netherlands, building strong supplier relationships and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to secure cost optimization and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of indirect procurement experience in FMCG.
• Understanding of indirect procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Project management and leadership capability.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the indirect procurement strategy for France and The Netherlands.
• Build supplier relationships and drive cost optimization and continuity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, Finance to deliver local projects.
• Lead local tenders and implement local category strategies.
• Ensure contracts, SRM, and governance across indirect categories.
• Manage budgeting (AOP) for indirect categories.
