Job summary

Adaptfy, a joint venture by SHV and Metyis, seeks a Principal - Strategy and Execution in Amsterdam with 8–11 years of consulting experience. You will lead strategic engagements, shape pragmatic insights, and drive value-focused business cases while managing client relationships and project teams.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee delivery to clients, and participate in business development to grow Adaptfy’s footprint across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of consulting experience
• 3+ years at a project lead level managing client engagements and teams
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive impactful change.
• Supervise projects; design actionable insights and value-driven business cases.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating multiple work streams and senior stakeholders.
