Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Middle FP&A Analyst to own financial reporting and analytics across a significant part of the organization. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to turn data into actionable insights and support CEO decision‑making.

You will lead budgeting and rolling forecasting, build and refine financial models, and drive automation of reporting in a remote‑first environment. 3+ years in FP&A and strong US GAAP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis or FP&A in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles including US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, queries, pivot tables).
• Business acumen to translate numbers into insights for decision‑makers.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ownership mindset with proactive risk/opportunity identification.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; English at least upper‑intermediate.
• Experience with SQL and AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting (P&L, cash flow) with variance analysis.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasts across functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing directions.
• Improve and automate reporting, data consolidation, dashboards.
• Monitor Delivery and Sales KPIs impacting revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to translate data into recommendations.
• Support month-end close, invoice tracking, and related processes.
• Contribute to ongoing finance function development as the organization scales.
