Automotive Campus is seeking a Director of Finance & Business Planning to join the Management Team at our Helmond office. You will lead strategic finance, investment agendas, budgeting and funding strategy to ensure a financially healthy campus.

You will partner with MT members to develop long-term plans, assess risks, and drive governance and reporting. The role requires strong communication in Dutch and English and a track record in real estate or related innovations.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in strategic financial management, preferably in a real estate or innovative organization.
• Preferably experience in real estate modelling.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as final finance partner within the campus and contribute to long-term value, investment choices and business cases.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and control; provide clear management reports for the board and shareholders.
• Ensure sound governance, data integrity and transparent accountability across financial processes.
