Job summary

Kraton Corporation is seeking a strategic Logistics Procurement Professional at our Almere location to lead EU logistics spend across multimodal transport and warehousing. You will craft sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and partner with internal teams to optimize value and performance.

The role demands a strong network in logistics, negotiation discipline, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics procurement experience in a B2B setting, preferably in chemicals.
• Extensive network in the logistics industry.
• Ability to negotiate and develop high-level strategies for lowest cost and best value.
• Experience building strategic supplier relationships and coordinating with internal customers.
• SAP knowledge and proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EU logistics procurement strategies across all transport modes and warehousing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Sales and Operations on cross-functional teams.
• Lead price and service level negotiations with current market benchmarking.
• Drive cross-functional dialogue and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
• Provide market information to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in logistics procurement.
