The HEINEKEN Company is seeking a Domain Architect to lead the architecture strategy for Commerce, translating strategy into actionable blueprints and guiding cross-functional teams in transformation.

You will mentor Solution Architects and Engineering, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving practical, scalable digital solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10+ years in digital & technology.
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade digital sales and marketing platforms.
• Experience guiding complex digital transformations.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture strategy for Commerce aligned with plans.
• Develop blueprints and transition architectures with reusable components.
• Advise Commerce Leadership on strategy, governance and investments.
• Provide architectural direction for large change programs.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Engineering teams under dotted-line leadership.
• Guard architectural integrity and platform sustainability.
