Job summary

WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide a portfolio of 60–80 clients, helping them maximise SEO and GEO results using our AI platform. You’ll own relationships, translate data into action, and drive renewals with a proactive mindset.

You’ll identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with an international team, and support customers across Europe in a fast-growing scale-up environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
• Strategic thinker who helps others succeed.
• Experience with SEO/digital marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup.
• Manage a portfolio of 60–80 clients and support their SEO/GEO growth.
• Create content and strategies using our AI-powered platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months.
• Share customer feedback to improve our product and processes.
