Job summary

Edelman Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Corporate Reputation to steer senior client relationships, lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic counsel on complex reputational challenges.

You will shape integrated programs, manage budgets and deliver high-impact media relations and thought leadership across European markets, while applying responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Communications Marketing, corporate communications, corporate reputation, public relations or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and teams across multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of how corporate reputation shapes business outcomes and trust.
• Experience advising on reputation-building campaigns and stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and excellent business English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior day-to-day client contact across corporate reputation accounts and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead research, planning and development of integrated Corporate Reputation programs and narratives.
• Oversee account teamwork and ensure deadlines, budgets and program maps align with client objectives.
• Counsel clients on strategic communications across PR, digital, social, content and engagement.
• Lead media relations strategy, outreach planning and executive thought leadership.
• Draft and elevate communications materials including press materials and Q&As.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support research, content development and campaign delivery.
